Returns and Warranty

RETURN POLICY:

Video Games and Consoles -

Returns are not accepted for opened or used video game software and hardware.  

Returns for unopened video games and consoles, in brand new condition, may be accepted within 15 calendar days after purchase upon approval.  Return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.  Please safely pack your product so that it arrives at our facility without damage.  We are not responsible for any damage or loss to the product during return shipping.  Refunds will be processed within seven business days once the merchandise has been inspected and verified upon return.  Please be sure to keep your original receipt and order number as they will be needed to confirm your purchase as part of the return process.  Please contact our customer support team by sending an email using our "Customer Support" page to start the returns process.

 

Storage Cases -

    Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase upon approval.  Products should be in their original, new condition with all original tags.  Return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.  Please safely pack your product so that it arrives at our facility without damage.  We are not responsible for any damage or loss to the product during return shipping.  Refunds will be processed within seven business days once the merchandise has been inspected and verified upon return.     WARRANTY POLICY:

    Video Games and Consoles -

    All video game software and hardware are brand new from the manufacturer, so if there are any questions or concerns with the product after purchase or during use, please refer to the manufacturer's (such as Nintendo) customer service team or website for additional support and warranty information.  We do not provide any warranty, outside of, in addition to or above and beyond the manufacturer's stated warranty policy.

     

    Storage Cases -

    Iron Caliber warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.  If a defect covered by our warranty occurs during this period, Iron Caliber may replace or repair the product at no charge to the customer.  An original receipt will be required to obtain warranty services.

    This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse or misuse, product modification or tampering, or any cause not related to materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any product used for any purpose other than intended customer usage.

    Do not machine wash or dry storage cases.  Washing and drying machines can damage the materials and are not covered under this warranty.
